My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were incredibly spacious, clean, tidy, and very stylish. However, the room temperature was a bit too hot, and opening the window made it noisy. The service was very helpful and polite, though they weren't very forthcoming with information about the city. The location was excellent, just minutes away from the Praterstern Metro Station, making it easy to explore Vienna. The dining experience was perfect, with delicious food offerings. The facilities were modern and comfortable.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very hot and noisy, resembling more of a train cabin than a typical room, but having their own bathroom was convenient. The service, although friendly and accommodating, couldn't fully make up for the noise issue.
